Given a disease name, which R/python package (function) can return relevant tissues of pathogenic?

For example, diabetes will return islets, immune cell.. rheumatoid arthritis will return joints, FLS, immune cells.

Do you know a database with that information, if so you might simply query it. Why is it important to you to have an R-package to do exactly that?
