Conflict result between RNA-seq and Western-Blot

Is there any example to show conflict results between RNA-seq and Western-Blot. For example, RNA-seq TPM is very high, however, western blot cannot identify any protein signal? Thanks.

Do you mean hypotheses to explain that observation? Such as post-translational repression or differences in turnover/half-lifes of mRNA vs proteins?
