How to convert GFF3 file into tbl file

Hello, I'm using python, and I want to convert a GFF3 file to a tbl file, so that I can complete a genbank submission. Can someone please help me? Thanks

have a look at the AGAT toolkit. There surely will be a tool in it to do this.

I converted a genbank file into a GFF3 file, because I thought it was easier. Do you think I should convert the file from genbank to tbl file instead? Thanks

I usually submit my data to ENA so not familiar with the approach for NCBI but any intermediate step you can eliminate is less change to introduce error and such.
