Hi all

I'm trying to extract the length of a deletion that overlaps a particular region of interest from nanopore sequencing. I've aligned it and can clearly see a distribution of deletion lengths (this is expected due to the experiment) in IGV. Because it is a heterogenous sample there will be deletions around this region that vary in length from 1bp-800bp (ish). Is there a straightforward way of doing this?
