Classifying microbial community as pathogen, opportunistic pathogen, nonpathogen?

Hi, I have a list of name of microbial species name as below:

Paracoccus mutanolyticus
Arthrobacter crystallopoietes
Paris polyphylla
Acinetobacter sp. ACNIH1
Arthrobacter sp. YN
Kocuria rosea
Arthrobacter sp. Rue61a
uncultured Brevundimonas sp.
Acinetobacter radioresistens

Klebsiella pneumoniae

I want to classify them as Pathogen, opportunistic pathogen, nonpathogen.

Is there any way to do that like any database? Thank you
