Issue on downloading fastPHASE in Mac

Hi,

I am trying to download fastPHASE in mac. I have downloaded macOSfp.tar. It looks like there should be 5 files inside the folder after unzipping but I only have one. Does anyone have any idea?

Yeah - how did you "unzip" a tar file? tar files are not compressed.

This is fastPHASE 1.4.8

so the example input files, mentioned in the manual, are missing.

Out of polite curiosity, what use to people have for fastPHASE in 2021? I believe it's still the most accurate method, but pretty slow. So for use when you have very small sample sizes?
