Hello, I am a bioinformatician. I can integrate and analyze multiomics data, such as ChIPseq/Hi-C. I am very interested in developing algorithms, and want to be a computational biologist. however, I can not understand the principles of related algorithms. Do you have any suggestions?

This is one of the best set of materials (and course) that I've seen on this topic: http://www.langmead-lab.org/teaching-materials/

Sounds like you should read a textbook on bioinformatics algorithms or take an online course. Try to find one that was published recently.
