Hello,

I have HOMER motif analysis results with the annotation informatin. I have the same format files like here;

Quantifying Data and Motifs and Comparing Peaks/Regions in the Genome under the "Finding instances of motifs near peaks" section.

I just could not understand the concept of "Average Conservation" values (always 0.0). What does that conservation exactly mean?

Thank you in advance, I am looking forward to any idea!
