Deleted:Elution and NanoDrop Analysis with Qiagen DNeasy Plant Mini Kit

I am using the Qiagen DNeasy Plant Mini Kit to extract DNA from plant tissues. I have been blanking the NanoDrop Spectrophotometer with Buffer EB, but using the buffer provided in the kit (Buffer AE) to elute. Is there a significant difference in buffers AE and EB, and should I be using Buffer AE to blank the NanoDrop instead? My DNA concentrations are very low, and I was wondering if this might be a contributing factor. Thanks!
