I couldn’t seem to get the haplotype consensus building step to work. The pipeline was able to finish but there are nothing inserted to the database. Further checking of the log file found that the program wasn’t able to pull the right data to build the consensus (always reporting 0 taxa used to build distance matrix) (see attached phg_log.txt). One suggestion I receive is that the taxa names in the ranking file doesn’t match the taxa names in the DB. However, I'm pretty sure these names are consistent (see rank.txt and rPHG query results attached at the end of the post).
