Looking for a table of gene expression from Encode RNA-seq experiments

Dear community,

My goal is to have a big table, with each row as a gene and each column being a rna-seq experiment from encode. I searched quite a bit on Encode portal but didn't come across any such thing. I hope I'm missing something obvious and would really appreciate it if anyone could kindly point out.
