Can anyone suggest a sensible way to identify samples from any of the larger cancer databases that have a putative/probable driver mutation in a particular gene (e.g. CDKN2A), and only in that gene (i.e. no other driver mutations)?
Thanks, that website doesn't seem to have been updated since 2013 and doesn't seem to be functional now.
