Hello! Can you commend me for tools that calling SNP and Indel for nanopore data? I know about madaka and isONclust2, but I cannot understand what I need to do with isONclust2?

Hello! Yup, I have dRNA data and need to get SNP and Indel. I know that a medaka is used for genome analysis, but I have RNA data. How can I use medaka or some other tool to get SNP and INDEL?
