Our team is seeking an experienced metagenomics scientist to develop models, pipelines, and pattern analyses for soil genome data. We are looking for someone with strong code skills and a deep passion for metagenomics to join our data science team, and work cross disciplinarily with our software, and laboratory teams. If you are excited to mine a novel soil genomic database for dominant patterns that will form the bedrock of tools to increase the sustainability of modern agriculture then we look forward to meeting!
