Hello
I have one 10x Seurat object made by log2 normalised data as there was no access to raw counts and another Indrop-seq Seurat object made from raw read counts
For both, I have done QC, etc separately
I want o merge them, there are a lot of tutorials in Seurat integration but I am not sure how to deal with my case
Any suggestion please?
