Hello
I have three questions about this figure
I know the correlation value is pretty low. But say I want a biomarker for adipocyte size. Would the gene pointed by the arrow be a candidate?
How do I get the name of the gene in the plot?
How do I plot this figure after I have done the consensus analysis? I was able to get to this by following the tutorial, but this image is only before the consensus analysis. I was not able to get it after. Is it possible?
Quick question on this. I have been having some confusion on the meaning of positive and negative correlation in regards to these type of graphs. What is does it mean to have positive correlation here versus negative?
The meaning of correlation coefficient is the same regardless of graph type. If the correlation line has upward slope, the correlation is positive (the increase of X leads to the increase of Y). If the correlation line is going down, the correlation is negative (increasing the X variable leads to the the decrease of Y).
