How to activate and install bioinformatics software

I have bought the "Biostar handbook - bioinformatics data analysis guide" in PDF format and it seems to have some formatting issues. Below you see a screenshot of the PDF file and I wanted to install all the necessary software. However, the command to do that is cut off and not completely visible. Can someone tell me what comes next?

I would use mamba rather than conda though, it is much faster.

It works, thank you! I'm relatively new to this and I'm trying to make sense of it, so I'll stick with conda for now. But I'll keep your suggestion in mind!
