Single-cell atlas

Hi all!

This may be a basic question, but can anyone help with how to upload processed data into Seurat from this single-cell atlas? I'm confused which is raw data and which is processed (since there are many files), and how to upload it into Seurat.

Files on lines 4-6 in your excel file are the raw data. Lines 2, 3, and 13, are the processed data I think. Load them with Seurat's ReadMtx() function. The other files are tSNE embeddings, which are more annoying to add, especially since it seems like they subsetted by specific cell types first.
