GISTIC installation error

Hello

I need help regardingthe installation of GISTIC2.0 Each time I run the installation I get the following error:

Error: Cannot locate Java Runtime Environment (JRE). The directory Desktop/new_gistic/MCR_Installer/sys/java/jre/maci64/jre does not exist.

Testing... Please be patient
=====
--- creating output directory ---
--- running GISTIC ---
Setting Matlab MCR root to Desktop/new_gistic/MATLAB_Compiler_Runtime
./gistic2: line 19: ./gp_gistic2_from_seg: cannot execute binary file
Test failed, please check the errors above.

I tried with 2 versions of GISTIC, but each version throws a different error!

This directory /Desktop/GISTIC/MCR_Installer/sys/java/jre/maci64/jre doesn't exist in the installation pacakge however there is glnxa64/jre
