Greetings, I have Isoseq3 installed in the conda environment and worked in refine step, [unnamed.png] Here is my original "refine" step script:
I looked over isoseq 3 guide (see the refine step), it just shows Floating point exception
error
Just FYI, the input ccs files can be either <movie.primer--pair>.fl.bam
or <movie.primer--pair>.fl.consensusreadset.xml
, I have tried using .xml files as input ccs, still got the same floating point exception messages, and none of input files are empty

Make sure you're using an ECC RAM machine.
can you be more clear, please? I just use campus HPC cluster to run the job
A HPC cluster should have nodes with ECC RAM (error correcting).
@magdoll I believe works at PacBio so based on the comment below it sounds like it would best for you to email PacBio support for help with this.
