Provide interactive result of sleuth_live online?

When creating a shiny app, it is possible to upload the app e.g. to https://www.shinyapps.io/ to share the app/analysis with research colleagues.

Is there something similar for the analysis with sleuth and the app that pops up, when doing sleuth_live(so). I would love to share the results of the differential expression analysis with my wet lab colleagues online, such that they can click through the analysis by themselves.

Hi there. Use ‘sleuth_deploy(so)’ which will create a directory and files with appropriate appropriate format. The whole thing can then be uploaded to shiny apps.
