Hi there!!! I am writing this in connection with a metagenomic tool FishTaco that integrates taxonomic and functional profiles to find the taxonomic contributors to functional shifts. It uses (though optional) a genomic content table that has species in the rows and the functions (pathways or genes) in the columns like this. Now, the example in this link shows functions from KEGG database. How can I create similar table that will possess metacyc functional pathways in the columns and species in the rows? The author of the software has suggested that I can create it from IMG database. But I am trying hard to figure out how can I do this. Can anyone be please kind enough to help me solving the problem.

Thanks in advance
