Cell metabolic activity assay - Dose Response Analysis

Hi everybody

I have an MTT assay (colorimetric metabolic activity analysis) experiment

I have the following data:

• 3 experimental conditions
• 2 drugs
• 4 different drug concentration
• 4 replicates for each condition

The vitality with No drug for each condition

and 3 experiments (everything listed above x 3)

Which R package can I apply? Can you suggest me any R tutorial that could fit with this experimental design?
