Problem for interpreting results of ClusterViz

Hi I analyzed PPI network of my DGE by cytoscape.I also analyzed module by the plugin ClusterViz.But I am unable to interpret the module result. Here 3 network results comes by rank.So which one i should pick.And the rank can be can be by size and module. According to size my first network node and edges are 51 & 50,second network node and edges are 27&26 and 3rd network node and edges are 9 & 8.While according to modularity which is 26 the node and edges are 27 & 26.Modularity 25 the node and edges are 51 & 50.And the last network module is 8 whose node and edges are 9 & 8.So that means the rank is changing for size and module. So kindly give me the suggestion on that.Which one I should pick.Thanks in advance
