Hello, I would like to conduct gene expression value transformation from cel file by means of Partek Genomic Suite 6.6. One of steps is to import cdf file; however, I cannot find conterpart cdf file to GPL571. When I searched it on GEO database(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL571), there are a lot of "alternative CDF ".I am not sure whether they are helpful for my purpose.

If anything unclear, please let me know and make it clear. Thank you all.

You can get CDF files from this site. You probably want the file beginning hgu133a2hsentrezgcdf_19.0.0.

Alternatively it may be archived somewhere in the Affymetrix website.

1- go to GPL page (in GEO database)

2- search "google" for title in GPL, specially that in [] Example: Title [HG-U133A] Affymetrix Human Genome U133A Array

                    google: HG-U133A

3- go to affymetrix site Example: http://www.affymetrix.com/support/technical/byproduct.affx?product=hgu133

4- download Library Files

Example: Human Genome U133 Set (zip, 25 MB)

5- unzip it and smile please
