Finding Molecular function for more than 100 GO terms

I have a list of more than 200 unique gene terms. I want to get the Molecular Function of every distinct GO term. Is there any software that can be used to do this?

Do you have 200 GO terms and would like to find those that come from the GO molecular function domain?
Or are you asking about finding the GO terms from the molecular function domain that are associated with each of 200 genes?
