Hi Anyone have an experience working with RNA-SeQC?? the online version from https://www.genepattern.org/ doesnt seem to be working and i tried cloning from github but doesnt seem to be working as well. Thanks in advance
Have you tried installing it with conda?
Without showing the commands you are using it's difficult to see what might be going on. Please, update your question.
