GEO submission when I have raw data in SRA

I am trying to submit my scRNA-seq data to GEO. GEO submission guidelines state that I should upload metadata, raw and processed data. And they submit the raw data to SRA on my behalf. But I already submitted my raw data in SRA myself. Does anyone know a way how to submit just processed data and link SRA submission?

Please contact SRA/GEO support to fix the submission. That would likely be the fastest/accurate way to do this.

There used to be a field in the SERIES section of GEO submission form to specify existing SRA accession code:

SRA_center_name_code [optional]: Only enter a value if your institute already has a Center_Name code registered with SRA. Otherwise, leave empty.

This was removed recently when they updated the form, but I suspect that it is still possible to link GEO submission with existing SRA data. As Genomax wrote, try to contact them directly, they are usually very responsive.
