Hi,
I am looking at 3D chromatin structure data on ENCODE. Regarding the BEDPE file, I can understand the first 10 columns that are based on the general BEDPE file format but I don't know what additional fields after those 10 columns are representing.
For 'TAD' BEDPE file, the header is:
#chr1 x1 x2 chr2 y1 y2 name score strand1 strand2 color f2 f3 f4 f5
What are the last four fields: f2, f3, f4, f5?
For 'long range chromatin interaction' BEDPE file, the header is:
#chr1 x1 x2 chr2 y1 y2 name score strand1 strand2 color e_bl e_donut e_h e_v fdr_bl fdr_donut fdr_h fdr_v num_collapsed centroid1 centroid2 radius
I want description of the fields. I couldn't find it on ENCODE file format webpage and by looking 'Juicer tool' (used to generate these files as mentioned by ENCODE) paper.
Would be very thankful for any help.
