Convert decimal numbers of each snp into genotype in r

Hi, I have a dataset from GEO with id = GSE81184, I wonder to let me know, how I can convert all the decimal numbers to genotypes?

Please give us more details - what decimal numbers are you referring to?

In the above mentioned dataset, there are three tables:

  1. snps info table in which information of snps are stored like chromosome, phyisical position and so on
  2. The second one is samples info which contains samples features like their labels, area, etc. and
  3. The genotype table in which rows are snps and columns are samples and in each cell there is signed decimal numbers (like below).

I wonder to know first, what are these decimal numbers? and second, how can I infer genotype info like AA/AB/BB from this data?

I found these signed decimal numbers are log ratios, (the ratio between the intensities between two probes for each allele), so the first question is answered. If anybody can help me in the second one, I would appreciate it. Thanks
