Is raw data from NCBI GEO in the same order as processed data?

I'm trying to analyze the dataset GSE57475, but I need to reprocesses the data. However, the raw data sample columns are in the format (SAMPLE1, SAMPLE2, ..., SAMPLEN).

Is it safe to assume that this is in the same order as the processed dataset? There is nothing that I can find in the raw data, the phenotype data, or the different formats of the processed data that links SAMPLE* to their respective GSM accession numbers.

Thanks for any help

I would say its not safe to assume that. You should ask the authors by emailing them.
