Hi everyone,

I have many rnaseq samples data, but I find those data are not strand specific. I read many paper and I found they annotated their genome using the strand specific RNAseq data. Can I use my non-strand specify RNAseq data to annotate gene structure of genome?Thank you very much.

Yes sure you can, it is just most of time more accurate to perform annotation using stranded library RNAseq data.
