Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a meta data table of descriptive characteristics of all bacterial species. I have been able to find their lineage using the taxonomizr package in R, however, the data on whether they are gram-positive or negative or rod-shaped etc. is missing. I can't seem to locate this, anyone got something similar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May kid of bacteria is located some are positive and some are negative Gram Stain Kit is intended for the demonstration and differentiation of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. May other ways to fid them
