Should I convert the VCF file to MAF for visualizing my data?

Hi all

I have a VCF file and annotated it with ANNOVAR, now I want to visualize the results by a lolliplot, rainfall plot, or oncoplot. Should I convert my VCF file to MAF for these types of visualization?
