I have installed

cpan install PDF::API2

And still got error

Your post here is copy pasted from your response in this thread: Mirdeep2 Installation (Error In Make_Html.Pl) but is missing the overarching context, which is that you're running into an error installing mirdeep2. Please don't start a thread with half the context buried elsewhere. Reading your post should suffice for anyone to understand what you're trying to achieve, what you've tried doing so far and where you're running into difficulties.

Yes, I did so as the thread I replied to is quite old didn't expect any response there what i tried I have already described above in my question. also tried export PERL5LIB=/home/nbri/anaconda3/lib/site_perl/5.26.2/PDF/API2.pm

Please read my whole comment. I am trying to help you frame your question better, not answer your incomplete post. EDIT: And it looks like even your copy-paste is badly done. Please invest some more effort - this is your problem you're trying to solve and no one is going to invest as much effort as you.
