Functional Classification of Transcription Factor

Hi,

I have a list of transcription factors and would like to know if these transcription factors are constitutive or conditional and for the conditional, if they are signal-dependent (like steroid receptors or activated by a signal cascade) or developmental specific (self-sustaining).
