LOSSES regression on python

Hi, I'm needing to calculate the LOSSES regression, unfortunately I cannot find any packages about LOSSES regression. Most of the searching bring me to LOESS not LOSSES and the other not told me how to identify the function of LOSSES regression. Can anyone help me, please?
