Hi all.

I would like to use this genome file of Aphlenchus avenae, so I tried to download it from here with reference to this article. But it seemed that I can’t download it from this page.

Can I use this file? Could you please give me some advices on how to download this file?

Thank you.

As GenoMax said, you will need to download the data and perform the assembly because there is no genome file. This is going to be painful for you because the genome is quite large 255 Mb. Because of this, could be worth contacting the author of that study to ask the genomic files

There is no genome file for this organism since the link you provided points to raw reads for this organism. You will need to download the data and assemble yourself. That said many of the samples seem to be 454 data. I am not sure which current assembler has support for those.

The authors state that "The genome assembly with gene annotations is deposited under PRJNA236621." The article is recent, so maybe the assembly will also show up after a few days, or ask the corresponding author for the Fasta file of the assembly.
