Help with accessing GEO dataset

Hi. I am trying to access a GEO dataset by following the instructions in a tutorial. However, I am unable to. I keep on getting this message.

Would really appreciate help in understanding and solving this issue. I have used this code: gse=getGEO(my_id)

Hi Sam, Sorry for the late reply. Here is the tutorial : https://sbc.shef.ac.uk/geo_tutorial/tutorial.nb.html and I am using GEOquery.

Upgrading to the most recent version of R (4.1 or later) and then reinstalling GEOquery should fix the issue. In particular, you'll be looking for GEOquery to be version 2.62.1 or later.
