I want to calculate fold change values from the GSM data.

For example, under GSE8158 there are many samples available like the image below:

fgsm samples

The only file that is available under each GSM sample is a .gpr file as well as the datatable values like this:

data table

How can I calculate the fold change from the GSM samples supposing that 0h file is the control and the 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 96h files are the sample files? Thanks in advance.

Use GEO2R to compare two or more groups of Samples in order to identify genes that are differentially expressed across experimental conditions. Results are presented as a table of genes ordered by significance (including logFC).
