I am working on the differential analysis of RNA seq data. I have done my analysis but now wants to visualize my data in the form of plots. By looking at the publications I am getting to understand that how differential analysis data can use to generate the plots. My question is about the different packages people are using. As I want to plot GENE ONTOLOGY TERMS in the form of a bubble plot. Most of the people are using cluster profiler but I have used ggplot by using the function "geom_point". Is it fine to use ggplots for the data representation If someone is unable to make plots with cluster profiler? Kindly give me a suggestion on it.
Thanks.
Hello SarahHawan92. Please use a more informative title to describe your problem than "ggplot". It will help users recognize the question and provide useful answers. Also,
