I have a microarray dataset with accession number GSE92935. It comprises a total of 6 samples (i.e., 1 CONTROL; 1 Keratoconus (Grade-I); 1 Keratoconus (Grade-II); 1 Keratoconus (Grade-III); 1 Keratoconus (Grade-IV); 1 POOLED CLINICAL GRADE.

Can I do DEGs anaylsis with two groups each one having one sample each like 1 control and 1 pooled ?

And secondly, is it worth doing DEGs analysis between 1 pooled and Grade I-IV as they both are Keratoconus samples ?

Section 2.12 What to do if you have no replicates of the edger manual covers what to do when you have to replicates.
