Hi!
Are there tools or scripts for sorting samples based on barcodes. If possible, I would like to arrange samples in different folders.
I will be glad to any advice!
Do you mean tools for demultiplexing?
It is sorting that interests me. No need to cut off barcodes
Depending on where your barcode is in the sequence you could use
bbduk.shin filter mode to separate the reads. A guide is available.
