I am looking at enhancers database. And they have position for enhancers as start and end and centre. But for some enhancer they have multiple centres. What do these centers correspond to. I've trying to look around but haven't been able to find an explanation. For example this is a subset of the enhancers file:

chrom start end centre
chr1 142618369 142623375 142618762
chr2 220906988 221688903 221093532,221378611,221647234,22162454

At first I thought it referred to centre of enhancer region but the distance to start and end is not symmetric. Can someone provide insight as to what 'centre means' here?

Can you provide the source of such file?

My assumption is that those are summits of constituent peaks for enhancers that were merged/overlapping, e.g. super enhancers. This is supported by the center of the first line not actually being the center of the region.
