How Can I Find Utr Regions Of This Gene?

Hi everyone, I have this gene (Accession: XM_968180.1) from NCBI and I need its 5' UTR and 3' UTR regions. Could any of you help me figure out the way to retrieve those regions from NCBI? Thank you for your help.

I would normally suggest BioMart, but it returns no 5'/3' data for that accession. Note that it is a predicted mRNA and may not be characterised.

Maybe, before doing a lot of guess work, going to the lab will yield results (see RACE PCR).
