Create bash script that receives name of fastq fastq file and query subsequence or its reverse conmplement and the position of first occurrence of this subsequence in read all these are input directed into output file in tabular format For easier interpretation

Please somebody helps it's too difficult

I (and likely others) can imagine this is not straightforward for a novice, but nonetheless we would appreciate if you show some effort.

what have you tried already? did you look up what you perhaps could do?
