When you are looking at a Clustergrammer, Volcano plot, and Differential Expression Table from a juypter RNA-seq analysis what are some key things to look at to be able to understand what the chart/graph is saying?
This question is so general it's hard to answer. Have you researched any of these things individually? Or done any reading on RNA Seq? It doesn't matter if it's analyzed using jupyter or some other platform, the principles will be the same. A differential expression table will tell you about which genes are changing in response to an experimental variable, and likely provide you with a p-value for each gene. A volcano plot will allow you to see how genes change between two conditions, and in particular evaluate and possibly identify genes which change the most relative to the majority of genes. To know what a chart/graph is saying, I would recommend that you research the graph type, and importantly - write down a question that you would like to bring to the graph, that you think can be answered by the graph.
