Hello, I have a gene list composed of ~4000 genes and I would like to do a simple thing. I would like to cluster those genes according to their biological function how can I do this? I tried Biomart but since there are more than one transcripts per gene it gives me more than one biological process GO term so I would like to create a list which is clustered. How can I do that? Thanks in advance.
