Data sets of WGS + disease phenotypes?

Hi there,
I am looking for data sets consisting of human WGS data (say FastQ files) coupled with disease (or other) phenotypes. Is anybody aware of such publicly-available data sets which I could obtain? I would appreciate any directions or ideas.

Thanks, but I wasn't able to find the type of data set I'm looking for there. Are you sure it exists? Can you help me find it within GTEx?
