Hi, anon! I am a little bit confused about the two. I want to know how to differentiate them properly. They are both molecular markers but they differ in:

RFLP - technique ITS - locus

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't say that ITS is a molecular marker. As you say, it is a specific locus. However, sequence variants in the ITS locus are often used as molecular markers. These could be analyzed using the RFLP technique, or more modern genotyping methods like SNP arrays or sequencing.
